DESIGN + BUILD
Custom Designs Partnered With 40 Years Of Construction Knowledge
Colony Builders is streamlining the custom home building process in Anchorage with in house drafting. Our Architectural Designer will work with you, from concept to completion, to personally curate your home. From beautifully detailed plans to 3D renderings, see your ideas materialize and your dreams built.
OUR PROCESS

CONSULTATION
During the initial meeting, our team will listen as you express your new home needs, wants, budget and time frame. We then proceed to designing a concept from the notes, ideas and inspiration photos we gathered from the meeting. Once we have arrived at a home concept that you love, we will start to send out bids and estimates for the cost of construction and nail down allowances for the detail items that define your home.

DESIGN
While our expert team collaborates on the architectural design of your home, our interior designer meets with you to bring your home to life from our in house design studio. This includes everything from cabinets, countertops, flooring and paint. We will also accompany you through the appliance, plumbing and lighting selections.

BUILD
During construction, you will be guided through the building process with our Project Manager. He will lead you through the intricacies of building from laying the foundation to handing over the key. As this is the longest part of the home building process, you will have numerous on-stie meetings with the team to make sure every detail to the home is exactly how you envisioned it.
